I thank Hon George Cash for some notice of the question. The Minister for Energy has previously advised that the executive employment agreement between Western Power Corporation and Tony Iannello will not be made available. The agreement is a commercial and confidential arrangement between the parties. The minister remains concerned more generally about the principle of tabling an individual’s employment agreement, which he believes is a private matter between the individual and the employer. Therefore, the minister does not propose to table the agreement. However, if, after consideration of this, the house considers it appropriate to order the tabling of part or all of the document, then it will be provided.
