principals, how are external consultants used?

consultants for each recruitment?
(3) Are any of these consultants on
a retainer?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) In the
recruitment of principals, decisions about using external consultants are made
by regional executive directors. If used, external consultants would act as
executive officers for selection panels and coordinate recruitment processes.
(2) The costs will be variable
according to the duration and location of the recruitment process serviced.
(3) No.
(4) Not applicable.
