I refer to the status of the long-delayed Geraldton Health Campus redevelopment and your media statement of 17 May 2023 regarding the opening of the request for proposal for the project, and I ask: (a) what is the current status of the Request For Proposal (RFP) process; (b) how many Expressions of Interest were received, and how many of these have carried forward to the RFP process; (c) will construction work on this project commence by the end of 2023; (d) what is the targeted completion date for this project; and (e) please table any specification documents in relation to this RFP?

(a) The Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the evaluation phase to select the preferred respondent.
(b) Three Expressions of Interest were received. Procurement probity requirements preclude disclosing the number of RFP respondents ahead of the contract being awarded.
(c)-(d) On award of the managing contract, a time program will be agreed with the contractor.
e) Probity requirements preclude tabling any specific documents in relation to this RFP at this time. Following contract award, the contract is published on TendersWA with appropriate redactions of commercial-in-confidence information. The information published at that time would include relevant specifications.
