Has CALM commenced or carried out any investigations into the use of wood from Western Australia's native forests for power generation?
(2)
Is CALM aware of any other Government or semi-Government agencies, such as the Department of Resources Development or Western Power, giving any consideration to the use of Western Australia native forest wood for power generation?
(3)
If yes to (1) or (2) above, will the Minister for Forest Products specify -
(a) the agency or agencies involved;
(b) the location;
(c) volume; and
(d) species,
of the wood supply under consideration?
