(1) Have replacement magistrates for Mr Kelvin Fisher and Ms
Elizabeth Hamilton been appointed?
(2) If yes to
(1), when were those appointments made and have the new magistrates commenced
their duties?
(3) If no to
(1), when will the appointments be made and when will the new magistrates
