I refer to your comments in the Parliament on 8 September 2015 that you had requested that the Direcrtor General arrange for a report into cancer services be prepared and that you believe that the report was provided to the Director General in July 2015 and further that as at 8 September 2015 you had not read that report, and I ask: (a) when did you first request a copy of the report so that you could read it?
