With reference to the operations of the South Hedland Health Campus since its opening, I ask: (a) how many admissions were made to the campus of people who died within one hour of admission; (b) in relation to (a), how many of these people were unconscious, pulseless and not breathing at the time of admission; (c) of the people who were presented to the South Hedland Health campus who were unconscious, pulseless and not breathing, by what method of transport did they arrive; and (d) in relation to (c), of the people who arrived by helicopter in all the cases above, from where did they come?

(a-d) This level of information is not captured on the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) or Department of Health patient information and reporting systems.
Responding to the question would be extremely onerous to the agency due to the resources and time that would be required to manually review hundreds of medical and other hospital records for the requested four year period.
