MEMBER FOR MOUNT LAWLEY — CITY OF PERTH GIFT ENTITLEMENT
I ask a supplementary question. Does the minister think it is appropriate for the member for Mount Lawley to tie up the time of the chief executive officer of the City of Perth with these frivolous and self-interested greedy requests? Mr G.M. CASTRILLI

If anyone is tying up time on frivolous matters, it is the member for Warnbro in this house in asking a frivolous question such as that! The member for Mount Lawley — Several members interjected. The SPEAKER : Order, members! Mr E.S. Ripper : It is about greed! Mr G.M. CASTRILLI : Oh, yes—it is always about greed! The member for Mount Lawley is entitled, like any other member, to write to his council and ask it any question that he thinks is appropriate for that local government.
