❓ Hon Steve Martin requests a detailed breakdown of the 'Small Commitments' line item in the 2025-26 State Budget related to Emergency Services, seeking specifics on recipients, amounts, and funding purposes. The Minister's response refers to election commitments being a matter of public record, effectively not answering the question directly.
