ELIJAH
DOUGHTY
872. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to
the Attorney General representing the Minister for Police:
I refer to the
unfortunate recent death of a 14-year-old boy in Kalgoorlie.
(1) Have the police used the CCTV footage
supplied to them to undertake forensic analysis of the area?
(2) As the area where the death occurred is
known to have high traffic and human activity, have the police pushed for
witnesses to come forward?
(3) Have the police used the CCTV footage to
calculate the speed of the vehicle in which the person charged with
manslaughter was travelling?
