I refer to land owned and held by the Housing Authority, and I ask: (a) what land is owned and held by the Housing Authority in: (i) Bunbury; (ii) Busselton; (iii) Dunsborough; (iv) Margaret River; and (v) Capel; (b) was any land acquired by the Housing Authority in the South West in 214-15; and (c) of the land identified in (b), for each town listed in (a), how many lots are undeveloped, and what is the size of each lot?

The Housing Authority advises:
(a)
(i) 65 vacant lots in Bunbury, which includes the suburbs of Australind, Dalyellup, Eaton, Glen Iris, Usher and Withers.
(ii) Eight vacant lots in Busselton, which includes the suburbs of Geographe and West Busselton.
(iii) Nil.
(iv) One vacant lot.
(v) Nil.
(b) 24 vacant residential lots.
(c) The Housing Authority defines undeveloped land as broad hectare land. None of the 24 vacant lots acquired in (b) were undeveloped; all of the lots were vacant residential lots at Dalyellup with a land area ranging from 227m
2
to 409m
2
.
