I refer to workers compensation claims made since 19 March 2021, and I ask: (a) Have any ministerial staff (including placements or secondees) from the Minister's office made any claims for workers compensation in the prescribed time period during the course of their employment in the Minister's office; and (b) if yes to (a): (i) how many ministerial staff members have made claims for workers compensation; (ii) what was the nature of the claim; (iii) has the claim been finalised; and (iv) was any lump sum paid to the employee as a result of this claim (if yes provide details)?
