(3)Western Power received a request for information from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection on 20 January 2015 regarding 4 employees on 457 visas. Western Power provided a response on 23 January 2015 with the information requested. The Department of Immigration and Border Protection advised on 28 January 2015 that the department was satisfied that the sponsor (Western Power) has complied with the programme requirements and no further action is necessary.
