I refer to the highly successful Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth (PARTY) Program, which works with school students to impress upon them the impact of road trauma and the funding for which will expire in June this year, and I ask: (a) why will the funding not be renewed; (b) what other sources of funding are being pursued; (c) what is the total annual cost to the health system of road trauma; and (d) what is the average cost to the health system per road trauma patient?
