I refer to the appointment of all new Members and Chairs of all State Government reviews, boards, committees and taskforces made since 23 September 2008, and ask:
(a) could the Premier name all new Member and Chair appointments made since 23 September 2008;
(b) on which review, board, committee or taskforce does the person sit;
(c) on what date was the person appointed; and
(d) does the person receive payment for sitting on the review, board, committee or taskforce and, if so, how much is he or she paid?
