(a)-(b) On 27 March 2007, I informed Parliament in response to a question without notice that the Code of Conduct had been finalised and would come into force in June 2007, following advice to every finance broker in Western Australia. The Code was finalised on 13 March 2007 when it was approved by the Governor in Executive Council. The Code is scheduled to be published in the Government Gazette on 29 June 2007.
