I refer to consideration of the
Smiths Beach development by the state development assessment unit and the Western
Australian Planning Commission.
(1) When will the
Environmental Protection Authority complete its assessment of the development
proposal?
(2) Will the EPA's
recommendation be made public prior to consideration of a recommendation by
SDAU and the Western Australian Planning Commission?
