What were the total daily ambulance
ramping hours, at each of the following hospitals, for each of the days from 11
July 2016 to 17 July 2016 inclusive —
(a) Armadale–Kelmscott
Memorial Hospital;
(b) Fiona Stanley Hospital;
(c) Joondalup Private Hospital;
(d) Rockingham General Hospital;
(e) Royal Perth Hospital;
(f) Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital;
and
