I refer to the salary and entitlements of the Premier's
chief of staff, Mr Brian Pontifex.
(1) What is
the total cost of all salary, non-monetary benefits, superannuation or other
benefits associated with Mr Pontifex's employment contract as at 1 June
2013?
(2) As at 1 June 2013 what is the amount of Mr Pontifex's
annual salary?
(3) What are the individual costs associated with Mr Pontifex's

superannuation;
(b) provision of
a motor vehicle; and
(c) any

is salary.
(3) (a) Annual
superannuation is $28 397.34, which is the standard government employee
contribution;
(b) the motor
vehicle is valued at $22 650, which is the Salary and Allowance Tribunal
determined value; and
(c) Mr Pontifex
is provided with a car parking bay, credit card and mobile phone, which is
consistently provided to all chiefs of staff in ministerial offices. There are
no other benefits.
