There is currently a control group of 6,500 patrons using the system. More groups such as seniors and students are planned to be progressively introduced from May and June, provided technical benchmarks have been met in the interim. Based on the currently available information and advice, the earliest the system would potentially be available to the wider public is mid-July 2006.
