With regard to a report compiled in November 2001 for Western Stevedores on the Dampier public wharf, loading facility and lay-down area. There existed 24 engravings, located at 473770 E and 7720020 N, referred to as a low rocky ridge running in an east west alliance -
(1) Does this site still exist?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If no to (1), was a section 18 applied for?
(4) If yes to (3), when did this happen and who was informed and was the section 18 granted?
(5) If no to (1) and no to (3), will the Minister initiate prosecution for those people who have destroyed this site?
