SWANBOURNE HOSPITAL SITE DEVELOPMENT — PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL
I refer to the recent decision of the WA Planning Commission to approve the development of the old Swanbourne Hospital site, subject to conditions. (1) When making its decision, did WAPC have regard to the likely impact of its decision on the heritage parts of the site not covered by the application? (2) If yes to (1), what did WAPC consider would be the likely impact? (3) If no to (1), why not? Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY
