(a)-(d) The name of the logbook which records bookings made by train drivers for the C-Series trains is the “C-Series drivers’ logbook”. These bookings are then entered into an electronic maintenance system.
The process for drivers logging faults and other issues is consistent across all PTA’s urban train fleets and the bookings are actioned in accordance with normal maintenance practices.
