(d) 2004-05?
(2) Please list the contributions in each of those years from -
(a) the State; and
(b) the Commonwealth?
(3) Please list each new projects valued at more than 5 million completed in each of the above years?
(4) Please list totals in each of the above years for -
(a) capital user charges;
(b) depreciation; and
(c) other expenses?
