(1) No. (2) Under section 59 of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984, the Minister for Water, the Minister for Forestry and the Minister for Tourism are required to be consulted. Consistent with the intent of the act, the Conservation Commission of Western Australia is currently consulting with those ministers to confirm that submissions received from their agencies under the previous government remain in accordance with government policy. Once this has been completed, the Conservation Commission will refer the plan to me. (3) The Conservation Commission has advised that the plan will be referred to me as soon as it has completed its consultations.
