DEPARTMENT
OF EDUCATION — BUILDING CONDITION ASSESSMENT REPORT
757. Hon SUE ELLERY to the
Minister for Education:
I refer to question without notice 22 on the building
condition assessment report on WA schools.
(1) Has the assessment been completed; and, if not, why not?
(2) If yes to (1), has the minister received the report on
the assessment; and, if so, when did he receive it?
(3) When will the report be made public?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question.
(1)–(2)
Inspections of all public schools have been completed. The Department of
Finance—Building Management and Works is progressing through the data
entry and report verification phase of the work.
(3) It is
anticipated that the report will be available in February 2014, at which time
each school will receive a copy of its building condition assessment.
