The Agreement states that Regional Road Groups (RRG) are to have a membership of elected Local Government representatives with all Local Governments being represented. The RRG will make recommendations to the State Road Funds to Local Government Advisory Committee in relation to the Annual Local Government Roads Program for their Region and any other relevant road issues. This may include advice in relation to Black Spot Programs, amendments to Roads 2020 Strategies and 5 year works projections. The Advisory Committee recommends the Annual Local Roads Program to the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure for approval and also approvals for any minor amendments to the Program during the year that may be recommended by the RRGs. 2. There is a continuous consultation through RRG meetings and also Advisory Committee meetings. The Advisory Committee has a membership of senior Western Australian Municipal Association delegates and Main Roads' officers and is chaired by the Commissioner of Main Roads. 3.
