(2) If yes to (1), what has been the full cost to the agency from when consultation started to date of all consultation activities, including but not limited to: (a) participation in, or staging of, any forums; (b) presentations to various interest groups by agency staff; (c) travel and accommodation; (d) venue hire; (e) dollar value of FTE staff time; (f) advertising; (g) external consultant and adviser fees; and (h) any other costs?
