(1) The original structure plan for the 'Brigadoon Country Estate' was approved with Amendment No. 119 to the (then) Shire of Swan Town Planning Scheme No. 1 which was approved by the Minister for Planning on 10 April 1984.
(2) A thorough search of Western Australian Planning Committee records failed to locate a copy of the approved structure plan which was approved as part of Amendment 119 to the (then) Shire of Swan Town Planning Scheme No. 1.
