1021. Hon LYNN MacLAREN to the Minister for Planning:
I refer to a request made by the Department of Planning to the
proponents of the Mangles Bay Marina and canal housing estate in or around
March 2016 to provide additional information to ensure compliance with the
state coastal planning policy.
(1) Will the minister please table this request?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If no to (1), will the minister please
outline the specific additional information sought by the department from the
proponents?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
