I refer to the Meth Helpline, and I ask: (a) for each month since the creation of the helpline in September 2016 through to August 2017, how many calls did the helpline receive; (b) for each month since the creation of the helpline in September 2016 to August 2017, how many calls were not answered by a person at the time the call was made; (c) for each month since September 2017 through to August 2018, how many calls did the helpline receive; (d) for each month since September 2017 to August 2018, how many calls were not answered by a person at the time the call was made; and (e) for each day of the week, what times do helpline shifts operate and how many people were allocated to each shift in: (i) August 2017; and (ii) August 2018?
