The cost of the contract for base-building fit-out works associated with government agency accommodation at The Quarter in Karratha is estimated at $3.3 million.
The estimate for other costs related to the fit-out works at The Quarter, including workstations, furniture, consultants, fees, project management and information communications and technology infrastructure, is $2.4 million.
All figures are exclusive of GST.
