I refer to the C-series trains, and I ask: (a) is it accurate that the C-series trains were assembled in Western Australia from railcar bodies procured from India; and (b) if no to (a), what other railcar bodies for passenger trains have the State Government imported, given that railcar bodies have been spotted being imported via Fremantle in recent years?
