(1) Can the Minister please provide the make, model and year of each vehicle provided for use by all Executive Director’s within the Disability Services Commission? (2) Of the vehicles listed in (1), have had any additional equipment added to the base model? (3) If yes to (2), please provide details of the requirement for the additional equipment added? (4) Can the Minister confirm that each of the vehicles listed complies with the requirement of the Department of Finance for all government vehicles purchased after 1 October 2012 to emit under 185 g/km C02 for passenger vehicles and 195 g/km C02 for sport utility vehicles? (5) If any of the vehicles emit CO2 emissions outside the agreed guidelines, what are the details of the operational requirement for each non-compliant vehicle?

All vehicles were on the approved Department of Finance vehicle selection matrix when procured.
(2) Yes.
(3) Floor mats, mud flaps and window tinting are installed and fitted to all Commission vehicles to help maintain the vehicles in good condition.
Tow bars and GPS units have been fitted to some of the vehicles, subject to the Director General's approval.
(4) No. However, 'WA Government Policy Guidelines', section 8.3 states that 'CEOs have discretion to apply the SUV and CO2 restrictions to SOVS', that is, Executive Director vehicles.
(5) Two vehicles are outside the current CO2 emission guidelines. These vehicles provide increased flexibility to the overall Disability Services Commission's motor vehicle fleet and can be used for country travel.
