I refer to the latest funding round for the development and upgrade of Off Road Vehicle Areas (ORVA) which closed on 8 November 2024, and I ask : (a) How many applications were received for establishment of ORVA; (b) How many applications were received to upgrade ORVA; (c) Please list successful recipients and the funds awarded for establishment or upgrade of ORVA; (d) Why have the projects not been announced publicly; (e) Have the funds been paid to the recipients; and (f) What is the balance of available funds in the Off Road Vehicle Account?

(a)   Four.
(b)   Three.
(c)   There were two successful recipients for the establishment of Off-Road Vehicle Areas (ORVAs):
•        The Shire of Manjimup - $992,838 (GST exclusive).
•        The Shire of Pingelly - $343,320 (GST exclusive).
There were three successful recipients to upgrade ORVAs:
•        The Shire of Gingin - $199,966 (GST exclusive).
•        The Shire of Kwinana - $197,596 (GST exclusive).
•        The Shire of York - $154,000 (GST exclusive).
(d) Successful applicants have been notified and may promote the projects.
(e) No.
(f)  As at 30 January 2026, the balance of the available funds in the Off-Road Vehicle Special Purpose Account is $5,611,747.
