(1) Yes. (2) The minister is aware that the Environmental Protection Authority has advised that lot 2 Burns Beach has vegetation and landform features that represent in a single contiguous block much of the physical and biological diversity of the Quindalup dune systems which are adjacent to the Spearwood surfaces in the northern metropolitan area. (3) The minister is advised that this matter is currently under appeal. (4) As the negotiated planning process under the former Government was undertaken by the relevant planning agency, this question should be referred to the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure. However, the Government is committed to ensuring that there is public consultation for any proposed Bushplan sites through the negotiated planning process.
