(1) No changes are currently planned to either increase or decrease the percentage concession entitlements for annual water charges for either pensioners or seniors card holders. Furthermore, any such change would require the express authority of the Parliament through amendments to the
Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Act 1992.
