The Public Transport Authority advises:
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is unsure what the Member is specifically asking with regard to a "systems of work" audit. If however the Member is referring to audits undertaken by the PTA and by the Office of Rail Safety, I would like to refer the Member to the answer provided for Parliamentary Questions 5540 and 5539.
