PREMIER — EASTERN STATES TRAVEL
1191. Hon NEIL THOMSON to the Leader of the House
representing the Premier:
(1) Did the
Premier campaign for the Voice to Parliament while on his most recent travel to
the eastern states?
(2) What was the
cost of air travel and accommodation to the state of Western Australia for the
Premier to travel to the eastern states on that occasion?
(3) Did the
Premier's visit to the eastern states impact on his ability to respond
to the crisis at Perth Children's Hospital?
(4) Will the
Premier reimburse the state for any campaigning expenses associated with the
Voice campaign, given this is a federal matter?

(1)–(4) The
Premier travelled to Adelaide last week for the Council for the Australian
Federation meeting on health system reform.
It is disappointing, though
unsurprising, that the Liberal Party does not believe the WA government should
be represented in these forums.
