(1) I received a copy of the “Ningaloo Marine Park Draft Management Plan and Indicative Management Plans for the Extension to the Existing Park and the Muiron Islands Marine Management Area 2004” from my colleague the Minister for the Environment on 5 August 2004. The minister sought my response by 29 October. (2) On 15 September I forwarded a memo to the Minister for the Environment about a number of generic marine planning issues, including matters associated with the Ningaloo Marine Park draft management plan.
