I refer to the Mirrabooka Department of Housing (DOH) Office where there is a ticketing system for customer service enquiries, and ask:
(a) does the ticketing system record waiting times from issue of the ticket until service;
(b) if not, are waiting times for customers at Department of Housing Mirrabooka Office recorded; and
(c) what is the average waiting time for a customer waiting at DOH Mirrabooka Office?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a) Yes
(b) Not applicable
(c) The Department's ticketing system does not generate daily average waiting time data. The system functions as a management tool that captures traffic flows throughout the day, enabling supervisors to schedule resources accordingly.
