The legal advice to the Government, in keeping with that also provided to the last Government, is that the displaying of No Ticket No Start signs is not in itself a breach of the Industrial Relations Act 1979. The Government does not intend to take action that cannot be supported by its legal advice. (2) The Government supports the principles contained in the National Code of Practice.
