I refer to public housing properties managed by the State Government during the the period from 1 January 2023 to date, and I ask will the Minister table following broken down by region and property type: (a) the occupancy rate of all properties; (b) the number of properties deemed to be non-tenantable; (c) of the properties at (b), the number: (i) the government has decided to: (A) dispose of; and (B) redevelop; and (ii) the number currently under consideration for redevelopment; and (d) for each of the past 5 calendar or financial years, the median time for redevelopment of an non-tenantable property to be completed?
