(a) Approval to subdivide Lot 888 Monash Avenue Nedlands was granted on 5 July 2012.
(b) Retirement Care Australia, the legal owners of the land.
(c) Approval was granted by the Western Australian Planning Commission under the powers granted to it by the
Planning and Development Act 2005
