The Department of Communities advises that it does not capture this level of data for all former public housing tenants taking out Keystart loans. However, the Department can provide data on former public housing tenancies that have been assisted to transition out of public housing into Keystart Home ownership through the Housing Transitions Unit, which works with tenants who no longer meet the eligibility criteria for public housing.
