(1) No lease has been issued and the tenure remains Unallocated Crown  land. Please note that the current land description is Lot 360 on  Deposited Plan 76780 (previously Lot 198) and Lot 361 on Deposited  Plan 76779 (previously Lot 199).
(2) The process of seeking approval to build houses on Lots 360 and 361  will first require an appropriate tenure to be granted over the subject  land. Currently no request for tenure has been received by the  Department of Lands (DoL). Should a request be received by DoL,  then a formal land investigation may be commenced. This will involve  obtaining clearances, consents, resolving native title issues, ensuring  planning issues are met etc. The proponent would be responsible for  all costs, including the provision of services.
