I refer to question
without notice 20, answered on Wednesday 9 April 2025, in relation to the appointment
of Dr Katrina Stratton as a parliamentary secretary.

Is the Premier aware of any other appointments of ministers or parliamentary secretaries
that have been inconsistent with the law?
(2)
Who provides legal advice to the Governor on the appointment of ministers and parliamentary
secretaries?
(3)
Does the Governor have any staff who are law qualified; and, if so, what are
the positions held by those staff?
