I refer to the revised groundwater
quality monitoring program at the former Jangardup mine.
(1) Has the revised program been
completed?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
minister please table the results and any subsequent reports?
(3) If no to (1), when will the
program be completed and the results available?
(4) If no to (2), why not?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) No.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) I am advised
by the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation that in January 2020,
the proponent submitted a revised groundwater monitoring program, which is
currently under review by the department. This document provides an up-to-date
summary of the groundwater monitoring results. I am advised that the Department
of Water and Environmental Regulation will consult with the proponent to make
this document publicly available once it is finalised.
