I refer to the Minister's answer to Legislative Assembly QON 2484 and note the information therein that your Chief of Staff accepted and attended corporate hospitality on 28 January 2018 and failed to submit a Request to Attend Event form, and ask: (a) has any disciplinary action been as a result of this failure and if so, what action was taken: (i) if not why not; (b) why did your Chief of Staff not seek approval to attend this event; (c) did your Chief of Staff meet any individual or organisation who has a commercial relationship with the government and if so: (i) what is the nature of the relationship; and (d) did your Chief of Staff commit to take any action or the like following interactions she had while at this event: (i) if so, what action did your Chief of Staff commit to?
