(1) Can the Minister advise if his Department intends to stop funding for the crosswalk attendants at the children’s crossing situated on Great Eastern Highway/Queens Road, South Guildford; and
(a) if yes, what reason has the Department given for stopping the funding for the crosswalk attendants at this crossing?
(2) Is the Minister aware of the amount of heavy vehicle traffic that uses this section of road?
(3) Is the Minister aware that children travelling by foot from South Guildford to Guildford Primary School have no alternative other than to cross this dangerous section of road to access the pathway on the bridge passing over the Helena River?

(i) if not, why not?
(6) Would the Minister be prepared to meet with myself and the parents at the site to see for himself how dangerous this section of road is; and
